Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policies

AllNinjaGear.com domestic shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise total of the order. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. There will be an additional charge of $3.00 applied to all items over 36” long (these are referred to as oversized items). The AllNinjaGear.com website is designed to automatically calculate shipping & handling during the checkout process.

Most in stock orders will depart from the AllNinjaGear.com facility in Wisconsin within 3 business days*. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday**. USPS Priority Mail features delivery within 1, 2, or 3 business days based on the origin and destination locations. Need your order fast? Please contact us and we can make arrangements for express delivery services.

Holiday Season Shipping

From Black Friday through December 22, AllNinjaGear.com processes and ships orders Monday through Saturday. The goal of AllNinjaGear.com during this time is to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt***.

*Some items are subject to be on back order and may take longer to process. You are welcome to contact us if you would like to know if an item is in stock before you place your order.

**Shipping does not occur on federal holidays. Shipping may occur on a Saturday based on order volume and time of year. The decision to ship on a Saturday is at the discretion of AllNinjaGear.com.

***Holiday shipping within 48 hours is contingent on an “in stock” status of all items on the order. Please contact us if there is a unique situation, additional information to convey to AllNinjaGear.com, or to inquire on the stock status of a product.

International Shipping Policies

1. Each country has a different list of prohibited items that will not pass customs. ALLNINJAGEAR.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF NINJA GEAR OWNERSHIP AND IMPORTATION OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. The customer is responsible for understanding whether or not their purchase will pass customs. Any order that does not reach the customer due to any customs issue will not be refunded.

2. If an international order contains any item(s) that AllNinjaGear.com knows to be explicitly prohibited from importation into the destination country, AllNinjaGear.com reserves the right to remove the item(s) from the order and proceed to ship the remaining items. Additionally, if an international order contains any item(s) that AllNinjaGear.com feels is questionable/borderline for importation into the destination country, AllNinjaGear.com reserves the right to remove the item(s) from the order and proceed to ship the remaining items. A refund for any item(s) removed from the order will be credited back to the customer.

3. Shipping charges will be calculated as “actual shipping” and will be determined at the time the order is prepared, measured, and weighed. International customers will be charged $25.00 USD at the time of purchase and any additional shipping charges, above the initial $25.00, will be added to the credit card once “actual shipping” charges have been determined. An additional $3 will be added to the “actual shipping” charges to cover the S&H customs paperwork.

4. AllNinjaGear.com is not responsible for any additional VAT or other taxation charges imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges, fees, or taxes are the liability of the customer. The contents of the order will be accurately and honestly reported on the customs documentation. Any request by a customer to inaccurately report the contents of an order will be denied by AllNinjaGear.com and the order will be cancelled immediately.

5. AllNinjaGear.com reserves the right to decline any request to add a destination country to the checkout process for any reason and is not obligated to disclose a reason. Additionally, AllNinjaGear.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order from any destination country for any reason and is not obligated to disclose a reason.

Please contact us if you have additional questions about purchasing from outside the United States or would like a new destination country added to the checkout.


Return Policies

Defective Merchandise

If a product is defective or not as advertised, and you wish to return the product, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in the same condition they were received in, and must be in their original packaging.

We will issue a full refund, minus any shipping/handling.
There are no restocking fees on returns of defective merchandise.
When applicable we prefer to exchange products for a non-defective unit instead of issuing refunds.
We will present you with multiple options for dealing with the return.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

OPTION #1: You have an AllNinjaGear.com account:

  1. Log into your account and view your order history
  2. Click the “Return Item(s)” button on your order
  3. Select the quantity you’d like to return, the reason, and your desired resolution
  4. Click the “Submit Return Request” button

OPTION #2: You do not have an AllNinjaGear.com account:

  1. Use the Contact Us form located here
  2. Include your Order Number
  3. Provide a detailed description of your return request and include your desired resolution

Damaged in Shipping

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. As above, please complete the following steps:

OPTION #1: You have an AllNinjaGear.com account:

  1. Log into your account and view your order history
  2. Click the “Return Item(s)” button on your order
  3. Select the quantity you’d like to return, the reason, and your desired resolution
  4. Click the “Submit Return Request” button

OPTION #2: You do not have an AllNinjaGear.com account:

  1. Use the Contact Us form located here
  2. Include your Order Number
  3. Provide a detailed description of your return request and include your desired resolution

Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. Once the shipping company has received the package, we will ship you replacement merchandise.

You must save all packing material in the condition in which it was received.
